Organic agriculture - strawberries

Hi,
I'm, only a part-time gardener and like every year I'm taking care of my little veggie garden.
Can anyone tell me something about organic farming and how to grow strawberries without pesticides? I usually experience a lot of problems for strawberry diseases.
Last year I lost almost all the product, cause of a pre-harvest attack of Botrytis cynerea (Grey Mold).
Is there any way to prevent this kind of strawberry disease?
