Glyphosate - Are we polluters? Who is to blame?

I've some package of Gliphopsate that I've bought about two years ago, but apparently in many countries of the European Union such weeder is no longer permitted. So anybody can tell me if the ban has been enforced across all As a farmer I've been always committed in respecting the environment, but nobody told me anything before, so I buyed the Gliphosate; the seller told me it's a good product and it's also cheap!

Really I don't know what I do. I must get rid of such packages?
I hope somebody can answer my question.
