Rural development in the emerging economies - Reviews |

---|---|---|
The Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) is an institution founded by the ACP countries (Afrique, Caraïbes et Pacifique) with the European Union, to develop all the issues refferring to the Cotonou (Benin) agreement.
This is a very wide web-site whose aim is apparently to keep updated all its users, like journalists that can find here lot of resources about rural development programms of ACP Countries and also about international agricultural policies and commercial agreements. Among the resources published into this website are press-releases, four newsletters (weekly, monthly, etc) and other documents.
Further informations about CTA's Departments are some tematic web-sites focusing on some specific, recent-developed issues, like ICT4D (Information Technology use for boosting the development of the African Countries).
