ASLA Announces Call for Presentations for the 2022 Conference on Landscape Architecture in San Francisco

The American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) has opened the Call for Presentations for the ASLA 2022 Conference on Landscape Architecture, which will be held November 11-14 at the Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, California.

The ASLA Conference on Landscape Architecture is the largest gathering of landscape architects and allied professionals in the world.

ASLA seeks education proposals that will help to drive change in the field of landscape architecture and provide solutions to everyday challenges informed by research and practice.

Educational tracks include:

• Changing the Culture in Practice
• Design and the Creative Process
• Design Implementation
• Leadership, Career Development, and Business
• Olmsted & Beyond: Practice in Progress
• Planning, Urban Design, and Infrastructure
• Resilience and Stewardship
• Technology: Trends and Workflows

ASLA is committed to providing a diverse educational program and encourages all submissions. The deadline for submissions is Tuesday, February 22, 2022, at Noon PST.

“At the upcoming 2022 conference, we will explore planning and design solutions to some of the world’s most challenging issues: how to increase resilience to climate change, how to rebuild our infrastructure, and how to ensure greater racial and social equity in all communities.
